ABOUT THE COMPANY
Kelmar is a family based farm & agri- business
company, owned by Kelly & MaryAnn Penner. The business operates from its
farming location five miles north of Douglas, Manitoba. The company has been
involved in the custom spraying business for over twenty years & continues
to operate as “Kelmar Custom Spraying” as one of its agri-business ventures.
On January 1st, 2011 our company made the decision
to diversify into the Agri-Sales and Marketing business along with our custom
services business.
Our company is contracted by agri-business
companies as an independent contractor to; promote, advertise & sell their
products to customers. The terms & conditions are different with each
company, depending on the business.
COMPANY UPDATE … NOVEMBER 21, 2011
This fall has been very exciting for our company. Diversifying
our business into the agri-sales & marketing has given us a greater
opportunity to better serve our customers.
In early November, Kelmar Company signed a contract
with Agwest Equipment out of Neepawa & Portage to promote AgWest & sell
their equipment. Please note that we are no longer contracted with Milltec
Spraying Technologies at Carman.
We are currently in the process of discussing agri-sales
contracts with other agri-business companies in Manitoba. If you are interested
in contracting with our company, please call. Please note that we will not take
on new contracts that conflict with existing contracts.
